DT013 - Giraffe

Whilst in Botswana on the Okavango Delta I had some great opportunities to photograph many of the amazing large animals, and much of this was done at sunset or sunrise...this photo of a young Giraffe especially caught my eye because it shows the absolute vulnerability this animal has when watering on its own..getting down to the waters edge is really a huge task in itself..at this stage it is very vulnerable to natures wroth...with lions just waiting for the weak to show up.
